Bobbie Galex

Bobbie Galex has been painting most of her life and is an award-winning juried artist.  She is a past co-President of Women in the Visual Arts, Inc. and a current member of the Boca Museum Artists' Guild.  Galex paints in many mediums, experimenting in new and exciting ideas.

Galex has paintings in the Iowa-Illinois Quad Cities and South Florida. Her work is on permanent display in the Boca Raton Community Hospital Surgical Intensive Care Unit with a bronze plaque.

She implemented the HOSPITALART Project, a program of Women in the Visual Arts, Inc. where members create and paint original designs on canvas.  WITVA donates and installs these canvases in hospitals, clinics, hospices, and for abused, abandoned, and neglected children.
